Design Of A Trackless Rubber Tyre Vehicle Of Mine Lithium Battery

摘要: 为解决传统防爆柴油机车普遍存在的噪音大、高污染、高能耗等问题,介绍了一种矿用防爆锂电池无轨胶轮运人车的总体设计思路和方案,并详细阐述了该新型矿用新能源车的整体结构和相关技术特点。对整车的底盘总成、驱动系统、电气系统、制动系统、转向助力系统等关键技术进行了分析和介绍。通过详细的现场测试和国家标准的矿用无轨胶轮车试验台的检测,结果表明整车的各项技术及性能指标均满足设计要求,符合国家煤矿安全标准和防爆认证的各项要求。

Abstract: This paper introduces the design idea and scheme of a mine explosion-free lithium battery trackless rubber tire vehicle, and expatiates the overall structure and related technical characteristics of the vehicle. And it analyzes and introduces the key technologies such as chassis, drive system, electrical system, braking system and steering assist system. Through the specific tests and related tests, the car's technical indicators are to meet the national coal safety and explosion-proof certification requirements.
